(Sanskrit) Literally "blissful sheath." Also called karana-sharira. One of the five koshas (sheaths or bodies) in Hindu Vedanta and the Upanishads. Corresponds to the Causal body. In Kabbalah, it is related to the sephirah Tiphereth.
